The service provider who knew what corners the client was cutting — and couldn't say anything because I needed the work. The maintenance guy who fixed what he was told and ignored what he wasn't.
Every role I've held in this industry gave me a different view of the same problem: the people with the least information are paying the most for it.
I built Saco Property Solutions to change that — not with generic advice or software tools, but with the kind of independent, experienced advisory that every side of this industry has always needed and never had access to.
